In addition to help in customizing your purchase to best fit your needs, Diversified Software Systems, Inc. offers training classes held in your jurisdiction to provide your staff with the thorough hands-on instruction in the use of our products. Classes are typically two days for each product and train the personnel from all departments that will be using the application. Ask us about scheduling and pricing. After training, use the searchable Help application and tutorial included with each product for refresher instruction. |

With an on-going support and maintenance agreement with Diversified Software Systems, Inc. you have email and phone support for any questions that arise during your contract time. We also have a reputation for incorporating many user suggestions with universal application in maintenance releases at no additional charge. Any product enhancements or new release versions are also provided during the support and maintenance contract. With a support a maintenance agreement you also have the opportunity to upgrade to new products at a reduced price. |
